When you first heard about the Government’s Work From Home policy, you probably felt ecstatic. Especially if you are living in Jakarta. Finally, you can take a break from the exhausting traffic jams, pollution, and the hustle bustle of the metro city. Some of us might even think this is our opportunity to experience a long holiday.
Work From Home is Not a Holiday
But in less than a week, you might feel bored and run out of ideas on what to do besides finishing some office work or doing virtual meetings with co-workers. Especially when we realized that we are not supposed to go anywhere. Instead of feeling that we are on a long holiday, we begin to feel imprisoned by all the limitations that are imposed on us. We started to miss our family and friends who are not in the same home as us.
