Jakarta, 9th July 2021— KALM once again was trusted to provide Mental Health Webinar Services for companies. This time it is Populix, a start-up company that provides market research services for companies that need respondent data from various communities. As before, the Webinar entitled “How to Keep Sane in This Busy Life” was brought by the Co-Founder and Kalmselor of KALM, Karina Negara.

Karina also explained the difference between stress and burnout.
“If it’s just stress, taking a break or rest could be enough. We can continue our activities after that. But if it is burnout, it is difficult to simply come back and do our activities because burnout can take away our motivation,” said Karina.
