I just want to say thank you for starting KALM. I have mood issues since I was little and did counseling almost my whole life since I was in elementary school, but none were that helpful. So much stigma and my counselors tend to over-spiritualize. At [my university], I finally got the help I needed through their Counseling Center, but I was worried that I won't get the support I will need if I return to Indonesia after I graduate. Who Are Kalmselors?
Kalmselor: A verified and registered KALM counselor who has a professional qualification in psychology, psychiatry, and/or counselling.
Our Counselors, called Kalmselors, posses a minimum qualification of a Master’s Degree in either Psychology, Psychiatry, or Counselling. Kalmselors are bound by the same privacy and ethical code as in traditional face-to-face counselling.
Kalmselors will not judge you and will keep all your conversations confidential. They have the ability to actively listen, understand, and help you make positive changes in your life.
